By purchasing a membership or using this website you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before paying.

1. What you are buying

Retailer's Club India is a paid private B2B networking membership. Your membership gives you access to a private retailer/manufacturer community and the ability to showcase your collections and receive enquiries. You are paying for access to the network and platform — not for orders, leads of any fixed number, or sales.

2. No guarantee of results

We make no promise, guarantee or assurance of any orders, sales, revenue, income, profit or business growth. Screenshots, testimonials and community activity shown on this website are real examples of activity but are illustrative only and are not typical, promised or guaranteed outcomes. Results depend entirely on your product, pricing, quality, service and effort.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing for a genuine business. We may verify GST, PAN and business details and may refuse or revoke membership where details cannot be verified.

4. Pricing, billing and auto-renewal

• Membership plans are ₹499 (1 month), ₹899 (3 months) and ₹1,499 (6 months), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Memberships are recurring. By authorising Razorpay AutoPay you allow us to charge the same amount automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Any change in pricing will apply only to renewals after we notify you.

5. Community conduct

Members must not post abusive, illegal, misleading or counterfeit content, spam other members, scrape or resell member contact details, or misrepresent their business. Breach of these rules may result in removal without refund.

6. Our role in transactions

We are a networking platform only. Any order, price, payment, quality, delivery or dispute between a manufacturer and a retailer is strictly between those parties. We are not a party to those transactions and accept no liability for them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the membership fee you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding and material on this website belong to Retailer's Club India or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Not affiliated with Meta, WhatsApp or Google

This site and our advertising are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp or Google.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of India.
